SPRING TRAINING
Spring Training is perfect for dancers who want to train during the off-season without a competition commitment. This program focuses on technique, strength, flexibility, and consistency. Classes include ballet, conditioning, acro, and technique-focused training to help dancers stay strong and continue progressing throughout the off-season.

Spring Training Example Class Schedule:
- Mondays:
- Leaps & Turns: 5:30–6:30 PM
- Ballet/Pilates: 6:30–8:00 PM
- Tuesdays:
- Conditioning: 6:30–7:30 PM
- Acro: 7:30–8:30 PM
- Thursdays:
- Ballet: 6:15–7:30 PM
- Leaps & Turns Technique: 7:30–8:45 PM
